Return Policy: We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and aim to make our return process smooth and transparent. Products such as gemstones, rudraksha, or other physical astrology-related items purchased from MYASTROHELP must be returned within a strict period of 7 days from the date of delivery to be eligible. All returned items must be in original condition with tags intact, including boxes, labels, protective covers, and any accessories or free items included. The return package must also include the original invoice, courier receipt, and any relevant documentation. Returns failing to meet these conditions may be rejected, and customers will bear the return shipping cost in such cases.
Refund Process: Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the item for eligibility. If the return is approved, a refund within 7 working days will be initiated to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.). Refund processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway. A confirmation email will be sent upon initiation. If an alternative refund method is needed, users should inform our support team before sending the return.
Refund & Cancellation – Service Provider Category: Due to the nature of astrology services such as consultations, kundli analysis, or digital horoscope reports, no refund or cancellation is allowed once payment has been processed and the service has begun or been scheduled. These services are customized, time-bound, and non-reversible. We encourage users to review service details carefully and contact our support team for any clarifications before making a purchase.
Cancellation Policy: Orders for physical products can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped. Cancellations within this period are processed without any charge. After this period, cancellation is not permitted if the product has been processed or dispatched. However, returns remain available as per the return policy if the product meets eligibility criteria.
Alternatively, cancellation is possible only before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation is disallowed. Customers will receive tracking information once their order is shipped. In rare cases where cancellation is desired post-shipment, we advise refusing delivery or initiating a return after receipt, following our standard return policy.
Shipping & Delivery: We take pride in timely and secure shipping. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays). Courier deliveries generally take 3–4 business days for metro and urban regions. For rural or remote areas, delivery via Indian Speed Post may take approximately 1–2 weeks. Shipment tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched to keep you informed.
Please note that occasional delays can happen due to factors like weather, transport strikes, or unforeseen logistical issues. MYASTROHELP is not liable for such delays. In cases where orders are significantly delayed or untraceable despite best efforts, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order after verification and due diligence with the courier provider.
